Refund policy

At Vanity Soirée, each arrangement is carefully prepared and packaged with precision and care. Due to the perishable and custom nature of our floral products, all sales are final.


ALL SALES FINAL

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on any orders once they have been processed or shipped.

This policy applies to:

    •    Preserved roses

    •    Fresh flower bouquets

    •    Custom, made-to-order arrangements


NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS

Refunds are not issued for:

    •    Change of mind

    •    Incorrect product selection

    •    Color or size preferences

    •    Delayed deliveries once shipped

    •    Failed delivery attempts

    •    Customs delays or fees (international orders)

    •    Packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier


DAMAGED ITEMS (REPLACEMENT ONLY)

While refunds are not offered, we stand by the quality of our products.

If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by providing:

    •    Clear photos of the damaged item

    •    Photos of the original packaging

    •    Your order number

Once verified, we will issue a replacement only, subject to availability.

Refunds are not provided under any circumstances.


INCORRECT ADDRESS / DELIVERY ISSUES

Vanity Soirée is not responsible for:

    •    Orders with incorrect or incomplete shipping details

    •    Lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation

    •    Failed delivery attempts due to recipient unavailability

Returned packages may be reshipped at the customer’s expense.

Returned orders are not eligible for refunds.


CUSTOM & INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All international customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees.

Orders returned due to unpaid fees are not eligible for refunds or reshipment.
