Shipping policy

At Vanity Soirée, our preserved roses are handcrafted and packaged with exceptional care. Due to the delicate nature and long-lasting quality of these arrangements, a specialized shipping policy applies exclusively to our preserved rose collection.

1. Processing Time

All preserved rose orders require 1–2 business days for processing prior to shipment.

This time allows for careful quality checks, secure packaging, and preparation for transit.

Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship preserved roses to:

    •    All U.S. states and territories

    •    International destinations

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and available courier services.

3. Shipping Methods

Vanity Soirée partners with trusted domestic and international carriers to ensure safe delivery of preserved florals.

Carrier selection is determined by destination and the safest transit method available.

Expedited shipping may be offered at checkout depending on location.

4. Estimated Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times begin after processing and are estimates only:

    •    U.S. Orders: 3–7 business days

    •    International Orders: 7–21 business days

Please note that international shipments may experience delays due to customs clearance or carrier processing beyond our control.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For international orders, customers are solely responsible for:

    •    Customs duties

    •    Import taxes

    •    Clearance or brokerage fees

Vanity Soirée is not responsible for packages delayed, held, or rejected by customs authorities.

Orders returned due to unpaid customs fees are not eligible for refunds.

6. Address Accuracy & Delivery Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

Vanity Soirée is not liable for:

    •    Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses

    •    Packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier

    •    Lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees will apply.

Because preserved roses are custom-prepared, all sales are final once shipped.

 

Local Delivery Areas: Our fresh flower bouquets are available for local delivery only to the following Connecticut communities: West Haven, New Haven, Orange, East Haven, Orange, Hamden, North Haven, Branford, Milford. Orders from outside these areas cannot be fulfilled. Please contact us if you have questions about delivery availability to your location
